The journey begins with an Attunement Ceremony to mark the sacred transition into Mastership. This is a live call with the other new Reiki Masters within the cohort. Please note - the core video modules must be completed prior to this ceremony and the Attunements will take place on a 1:1 basis within a group setting. This is followed by time to ask questions (business, Reiki in general or your own healing), share your vision for your business within a safe space and get to know the other Reiki masters within your cohort.
This certification comes with a four-month mentorship program to ensure you feel completely ready and supported to embark on your new leadership journey. During this time you can ask Timea and the fellow Reiki masters any questions regarding Reiki, running a Reiki business, business logistics or how to process your own fears in running a business.

After your Attunement, you will begin a 21-day Sadhana. This is the sacred time when the powers of Reiki to transform you from the inside out. This will shift your spiritual practices and strengthen your connection to Source. The shifts are powerful and expansive as you fully embody the healing powers of Reiki. Once the 21-days are completed, we meet monthly for live 2-hour calls to truly embody the Reiki wisdom and step into the Reiki master role with ease. The real healing and embodiment comes after the attunement as this is when your limiting beliefs, fears and ego chime in. This is also when most Reiki masters dim their light, self-sabotage and give up. The whole purpose of this program is to empower you, help your process and release your limiting beliefs and rewrite your success story. It is impossible to become a strong leader with simply getting certified. This is where most other programs are lacking. You must dive deeper into your subconscious, regulate and expand your nervous system and strengthen your energy field to be able to HOLD the energy of leadership, being seen and feeling safe to be successful. Running an abundant, soul-lead business requires self-reflection, healing your shadows and reprogramming your subconscious as you become a new version of yourself. The certificate itself will not give you the confidence, skill or wisdom to run a profitable Reiki business. Knowing what to DO with the wisdom and to embody the wisdom as your truth does not happen overnight. There is no quick-fix, cut corners, do it in one day method. This takes time, this takes reflection, this requires processing your unique patterns and this works best in a safe group setting where others can witness your transformation. Running an online business can feel very lonely so having the opportunity to connect to other women around the world who have the same passion, are running the same type of business and most likely are facing the same struggles is wildly healing, reassuring and transformative.

This is for those who have completed their Usui Reiki Level 1 + 2 and have the desire to step into leadership, teaching and fine-tune their Reiki skills. This is not a crash course, get-a-certificate-quick type of program. Instead, it allows the information to be integrated and embodied as wisdom while the students can ask questions in a safe environment, share experiences and get guidance when dealing with roadblocks or limiting beliefs. This is for a student looking for a comprehensive program that includes self-guided learning, learning within a group setting and who desires a strong community connection.
All that is requires is the Usui Reiki Level 1 + 2 certification (either from Timea Urban or any other Usui Reiki teacher). Proof must be submitted at the time of your application. The beauty of today's technology focused world, is that there are no limits to distance and location. Having a program that is virtual allows people from all over the world to come together in a tight knit community without ever needing to leave their home. These alleviates the stress of commuting and losing more time on travel that can take away precious time for what is important to you. Instead, the time is spent on learning the skills of becoming and embodying the energetics of being a Reiki Master. This also allows you to connect to other like-minded individuals from all over the world to create lifelong friendships and create a network of support as you begin your Reiki business.
The core content includes foundational material that does not change and can be watched at anytime prior to the attunement live call, allowing the student to watch them when it is most convenient to their schedule. The live calls are based on the unique needs of the current cohort which change year to year, ensuring the time is used most effectively so the students can be supported individually and as a whole.
Once you register for the certification, you get access to all bonus content on the Podia platform. This includes over 12 hours worth of expert guest speakers and guided sequences in addition to 3.5 hours worth of business foundations (which come with its own e-books). Prior to the attunement ceremony, the core content videos and manual are released. You must watch all the core content prior to the attunement call. On this call you also have an opportunity to meet the other students, ask your questions and receive a group Reiki blessing.
There are four 2hr live calls. The calls begin with an opportunity to ask your questions, share your concerns, connect with the other students. The second half of the call is a healing session catered to the unique needs of the current cohort of students. This can include a combination of Reiki, hypnosis, NLP, somatics, EFT tapping. All calls are recorded but it is recommended you attend all the calls live.

Absolutely! There are many students who chose to be re-certified to gain a deeper understanding, new perspective and integrate the material more fully. This is not just a certification, it is a mentorship and lifelong community. This is the major aspect that is lacking in other programs. Often other programs only skim the surface of the Reiki fundamentals and don't explore the more intricate energy medicine principles. There is also a lack of integration; knowing something from a logical perspective is very different from embodying the wisdom at a soul-level.
